Bring original content
Creators submit media they own or are authorized to publish. Clipflow keeps the source file, title, caption, and target channels together.
Publishing operations, organized
Clipflow helps creators, educators, schools, and media teams prepare original content, review every post, and publish to connected social channels from one managed workflow.
The workflow
Creators submit media they own or are authorized to publish. Clipflow keeps the source file, title, caption, and target channels together.
The creator previews the content, adjusts titles and descriptions, and chooses the platforms that should receive the post.
Nothing is sent until an authorized user confirms the post. Connected account permissions are used only for the requested action.
Clipflow reports processing, success, or failure and provides the platform link when publishing is complete.
Keep media, captions, platform-specific rules, approvals, and publication status in one workflow instead of repeating the same work for each channel.
Users can review the media and text, keep existing values when no edit is needed, select destinations, and explicitly approve publication.
Clipflow applies format and metadata constraints for each connected platform and returns platform-specific errors when action is required.
Each target is tracked independently so users can see which platforms succeeded, which are still processing, and which need attention.
Clipflow is designed for independent creators, educational authors, schools, learning projects, and small media teams that publish their own original or properly licensed content. Access is provided through managed onboarding while the service expands to additional creator projects.
Clipflow is an independent service. It is not owned by, endorsed by, or part of TikTok or any other connected social platform.
When TikTok access is enabled, an authorized creator connects their own account, reviews the selected video and editable post text, confirms the destination, and expressly approves publishing. Clipflow uses TikTok's Content Posting API for the creator-requested upload and checks the resulting publication status.
Platform availability depends on account authorization, granted scopes, TikTok review, and TikTok's current posting limits. See the Service Guide for the complete workflow.
