Clipflow Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Clipflow processes, why it is used, how it is protected, when it is shared, and the choices available to users.

1. Scope and service operator

This Policy applies to the Clipflow website, managed creator workspaces, messaging workflow, connected social-platform integrations, support communications, and related publishing services. Clipflow is operated as an independent content workflow service. Questions may be directed to anton.sinitsyn.as@gmail.com.

Clipflow is not owned by, endorsed by, or part of TikTok or any other connected platform. Each platform processes information under its own privacy policy.

2. Information we process

3. Sources of information

Information comes from authorized users, media sources they connect or submit, connected-platform APIs after authorization, service operations, and infrastructure providers. Clipflow does not purchase personal data or use connected-account data for advertising profiles.

4. How and why information is used

Clipflow processes information to:

Depending on applicable law and the context, processing is based on the user's request and consent, performance of the requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing Clipflow, and compliance with legal obligations. A user may revoke a connected-platform authorization at any time, subject to actions already completed.

TikTok information

When a user authorizes TikTok, Clipflow may receive the account identifier, authorization tokens, creator information required by the Content Posting API, available privacy and interaction options, posting eligibility, and publication status. Clipflow sends TikTok only the content and metadata that the authorized user has approved for that publication. TikTok information is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.

5. When information is shared

Clipflow may disclose information only as needed to operate the service:

Clipflow does not sell personal information and does not allow infrastructure providers to use it for their own advertising.

6. International processing

Connected platforms and infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than the user's own. Where required, Clipflow relies on available contractual or legal safeguards and limits transfers to information needed for the service.

7. Retention

When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymized, or allowed to expire from protected backups according to operational schedules.

8. Security

Clipflow uses HTTPS, restricted administrative access, separated application components, secret handling for credentials, and operational monitoring intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users should immediately revoke platform access and contact Clipflow if they suspect unauthorized activity.

9. User rights and choices

Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, users may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, revocation, disconnection, or deletion of their information. Users may also revoke Clipflow through the connected platform's settings.

Requests can be submitted using the Contact page or the Data Deletion Instructions. Clipflow normally completes verified deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is required for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

10. Cookies and advertising

The public informational website does not use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising. Essential infrastructure may process basic request data needed to deliver and secure pages.

11. Children

Clipflow is intended for adult creators, educators, organizations, and authorized administrators. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information through public registration. Organizations are responsible for obtaining any permissions required before submitting content involving minors.

12. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated when the service, connected platforms, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised, and material changes may also be communicated to active workspace administrators.
