How Clipflow works
Clipflow is a managed web and messaging workflow for preparing, approving, publishing, and monitoring creator-owned social content.
1. Managed onboarding
Creators and organizations request access through the public contact address. During onboarding, Clipflow creates an authorized workspace, identifies its administrators, and connects only the social accounts selected by the account owner.
2. Connecting a social account
Where a platform supports OAuth, the account owner is redirected to that platform to authorize the requested permissions. Clipflow receives an access token rather than the user's platform password. The owner may revoke the authorization through the platform or request disconnection from Clipflow.
3. Preparing content
An authorized user supplies original or properly licensed media. Clipflow shows the imported title and description, provides editing controls, and allows the user to select target platforms. Platform-specific length and media constraints are applied before publishing.
4. Review and approval
The user reviews the media, title, caption, and platform selection before approving publication. Text remains editable, and fields can be left unchanged. Clipflow does not start a platform upload until the authorized user has approved the post.
5. Publishing to TikTok
For an authorized TikTok creator, Clipflow queries current creator and posting capabilities, associates the post with the connected creator account, sends only the approved media and metadata, and checks TikTok's processing status. The user is informed that processing may take time and that TikTok controls the final availability of the post.
Users remain responsible for choosing appropriate privacy and interaction settings, disclosing commercial content where required, and complying with TikTok's music, branded content, community, and intellectual property rules.
6. Reports and retries
Each destination reports its own status. A successful result includes the destination URL when the platform provides one. Failed requests retain an actionable error, and an authorized user may retry after correcting credentials, media, permissions, or platform-specific validation issues.
Supported services
Clipflow currently supports managed integrations with services including Telegram, VK, YouTube, Pinterest, MAX, Odnoklassniki, and TikTok. Availability varies by workspace and depends on each platform's approval, permissions, API availability, and account eligibility.
